Welcome to KUUH, your friendly neighborhood Internet Provider! By using our services, you’re entering into a partnership with us, KUUH Internet Services (Pty) Ltd, located in the vibrant Republic of South Africa. Let’s make your digital experience fantastic!

 

  1. Technical Support

If you run into any issues:

Contact Us: Drop us a line at info@kuuh.co.za or log a ticket on our app if anything seems amiss.

Our Role: We’ll jump into action, working alongside our partners to resolve your issues promptly during business hours.

Accidental Damage: If the issue stems from accidental damage on your part, such as spilling coffee on the router, repair costs will need to be covered by you.

 

  1. Financial Matters & Service Cancellation

Service Interruptions: Should our network unexpectedly go offline, we’ll credit your account for the downtime. This credit will only be issued if a ticket is logged through our app or an email is sent to finance@kuuh.co.za. Credits are not automatically applied and are contingent upon request unless the downtime is due to factors within your control.

Equipment Damage: If you damage our equipment, we’ll repair it but will charge you based on the pre-informed rates.

Cancellation Policy: Need to cancel? We require one month’s notice. Early termination (within the first 6 months) or accounts in arrears will incur a R999 cancellation fee.

 

  1. Equipment Use and Ownership

KUUH Equipment: The equipment installed by KUUH remains our property and must be returned if you terminate the service.

Purchasing Equipment: You may purchase the equipment after receiving written confirmation from us along with an accepted quote.

Failure to Return: Not returning the equipment will lead to legal action to recover our property.

 

  1. Proper Use of Services

Personal Use: Our services are intended for your personal use, not for commercial purposes unless agreed in writing.

Legal Compliance: Engaging in illegal activities via our services is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, hacking, or virus distribution.

 

  1. Liability

User Responsibility: We do our best to provide seamless service, but we can’t be held liable for losses or damages stemming from service use unless it’s due to our negligence.

 

  1. Data Privacy

Your Privacy: Your personal information will be treated with the utmost secrecy, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

 

  1. Agreement Updates

Changes: We might update these terms to reflect our evolving services. We’ll notify you of any significant changes via our app.

 

  1. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes, if any, will be handled in South African courts.

 

  1. Internet Service Delivery

Service Quality: We strive to deliver the best possible service on a “best-effort” basis. While we aim for the highest speeds and reliability, occasional slowdowns are part of the internet landscape.

Speed Fluctuations: We work diligently to maintain top speeds, but please understand that variations may occasionally occur.
